Subscription FAQs
What happens after I setup a subscription?
After you set up a subscription, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' section in your account, where you can manage your future orders, items, and account information.
We will send you an email reminder 5 days before each scheduled subscription order. We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency. You will be billed for your subscription order on each scheduled order date.
You will also receive email notifications about other important information related to your subscription account, including when you cancel your subscription and when an order is placed successfully.
Can I make changes to my subscription?
We will email you 5 days before your subscription is due to process a preshipment reminder so that any changes that you need to make can be done before the subscription processes.
You can easily modify, delay, change, or cancel your delivery hassle-free in your account.
Can I skip a month of my supplements?
Yes, by all means. Simply go to Account > MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click Manage next to the subscription you would like to adjust >SKIP NEXT

How do I add a product?
If you need to add a product to your subscription, simply log into your account, select 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS', press ‘MANAGE', and scroll down to the 'ADD ITEMS' section. You can quick add or press 'SEE ALL PRODUCTS' if you do not see what you would like. You can select One-time or Subscription for the item.
You can also increase the quantity of your products by pressing the + or - next to each product.
How do I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, go to 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS', then 'MANAGE'. Scroll down to 'PAYMENT METHOD' and click 'EDIT'. You can update your current payment card or add a new card.
If you have multiple subscriptions set up, you will need to go back to 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' and click 'MANAGE' next to each template and update your card accordingly.
*Please note that credit cards must be registered to the billing address on your subscription.
Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?
Yes, you can change the frequency of your orders to 1, 2, or 3 months. Go to 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' > 'MANAGE' > FREQUENCY' > 'EDIT'.
You can also select a specific day by pressing 'EDIT" in the next order box.
How do I pause my subscription?
Log in to your account > ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' > ‘MANAGE and scroll down to 'PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION'.
Can I track my subscription once it has shipped?
Yes, log in to your account, go to 'Order History/Tracking', select 'VIEW ORDER DETAILS' on your order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription, first log in to your account > 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' > 'MANAGE' and scroll down to 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'.
You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' button, your subscription will be canceled, and no further orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
Please note that if it is within 24 hours of your next scheduled billing date, it is too late for modifications or cancellations to be processed, and you will need to contact customer care directly at cs@orendainternational.com.
