Shipping policy

 

ORDER AND DELIVERY:

Orenda International offers several delivery options and rates for domestic shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Free standard shipping and handling are offered on U.S. orders with a minimum subtotal of $150, less discounts.

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling before shipment. Processing and delivery days fall on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday after the order is placed.

Standard Federal/Public Holidays, plus the Friday after Thanksgiving, are not included in business day calculations. Carriers provide an estimated number of days for delivery when selecting the shipping method at checkout. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing and shipping time.

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Priority Shipping via USPS       2-3 Business Days

UPS Ground Shipping                 1-5 Business Days

UPS 2-Day Air                               2 Business Days

*Expedited shipping is available within the continental United States.

IMPORTANT: Orders shipping to Hawaii are taking upwards of 10 business days for regular shipping via USPS. Please allow for additional time for these packages to be delivered. If you need your order to arrive sooner, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail service.

*While we ship to APO/FPO addresses, we cannot control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to be delivered.
