If for any reason, a Customer is dissatisfied with any Orenda product, they may return the unused portion of the product to the company within 30 days from the date of the sale for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price, including tax less original shipping and handling. If a Marketing Partner is unsatisfied with any Orenda product purchased for personal use, the company offers the same 100% 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email with the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.
