Marinated Salmon

A simple but delicious salmon recipe, perfect for a healthy dinner.

Shopping List:

  • 1 8 oz. Salmon filet, preferably wild salmon


  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Mixing Your Goods:

Whisk marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place salmon in a small baking dish and pour marinade over the salmon. Marinate in refrigerator for one hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 425. Bake salmon uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. Remove from pan, lightly season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve with steamed green beans.
