Cancellation policy

ORENDA INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

By clicking "Place my order", you confirm you understand that shipments of the products you have ordered will occur without any further action by you. You are the only person who is authorized to establish, cancel, or change your subscription or to authorize others to do so on your behalf. Subscriptions are flexible; you can make any changes you need, including skipping a month, changing product flavors, adjusting the quantity, or changing how often you receive a subscription. There is no minimum purchase commitment that is required to participate in the Orenda Subscription program. The total amount of your subscription order, including shipping, will be shown at checkout. By subscribing to this service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service.

Each month, you'll receive an email 3 days before your next order is finalized and charged, so that you won't be charged without advance notice. You must make any product selection changes at least one (1) business day in advance of the scheduled processing date for your subscription, or the changes will not be implemented until the following subscription processing date. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis, at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, until you cancel your subscription. Orenda is authorized to charge payment equal only to the amount of the products, applicable sales tax, and shipping and handling, or the subscription order that is selected. I agree to pay a $20.00 service fee in the event a charge is returned or refused for any reason. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal deposited into my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Orenda. I shall hold Orenda harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account. In order to prepare your subscription order to ship on the selected date, I understand that my credit card may be charged up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item. In the alternative, you may call us at (866) 673-1333, or email us at cs@orendainternational.com, or send a notice of cancellation to our address at 6007 S 40th Street, Suite 3, Phoenix, AZ 85042. Any cancellation must be received by us at least six (6) days prior to your scheduled shipment date. Your billing information will be transferred to our payment processor(s) in order to complete the payment for your orders.

Orenda reserves the right to change prices without notice. When such price changes occur, Orenda will publish them in Orenda publications and/or online, and unless I direct them to do otherwise, will continue to send me the product specified in my subscription at the changed price. I understand that I will receive a 100% refund on any product where the price has been increased if I notify Orenda within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the product order, or the period specified by state law of the state where I reside for such refunds, whichever is longer.

Orenda offers Subscription Customers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping and handling charges) on all of its products for a period of 30 days after their receipt. The expenses of returning items to Orenda (such as shipping and insurance) will not be refunded.

This agreement does not supersede or modify in any way the terms and conditions of a distributor's Independent Marketing Partner Agreement Application or Orenda’s Policies and Procedures. Orenda reserves the right to modify or terminate the subscription program in its sole discretion.
