Shopping List:

  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mixing your Goods:

Blend unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until creamy and smooth. Pour into bowl, stir in chia seeds and chill for an hour or more. Will keep for 3 days. Great as is or topped with berries.
