Try this grilled chicken recipe for dinner.
Shopping List:
- 3-4 Organic boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbs EVOO
- 1 lb organic broccoli florets
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
Mixing Goods:
Put a 2 quart pot of water on to boil. While the water heats up start the chicken. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and sprinkle with seasoning on all sides. Feel free to improvise with your seasonings, as long as they are not salt based (think cumin, paprika, rosemary, parsley... whatever you like). Grill the chicken on each side, making nice char marks, then lower the temp on your grill and cook the chicken through. *Use stovetop if you wish. Remove chicken, set aside for 5 minutes and then slice thinly. When water is boiling, add broccoli and boil for 1-2 minutes, until al dente (broccoli will be cooked but firm). Remove from water. Heat your EVOO and add your red chili flakes and minced garlic. Once they are sizzling (be careful not to burn the garlic), add broccoli florets, sliced grilled chicken. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and serve hot. Enjoy!
